What happens when your fear is a beast?

I am not a fan of pets although that is slowly changing thanks to the bunnies my brother got, but that’s an exception. No animal has given me PTSD like rats. Justine Musk once said “Fear is a powerful beast. But we can learn to ride it.”
What if that “fear” is a fat furry black rat (more like rats)? Now I know that sounds extreme…
